The binding features the AT toe piece that is easily adaptable to adult Alpine (ISO 5355 TYPE A), adult Walk (ISO 23223 TYPE A) and all touring ski boots (ISO 9523), plus a 65 mm wide mechanical anti-friction sliding element with constant release values. The binding also features a uniquely designed, lightweight telescopic tube that allows for precise centering of the binding on the ski by adjusting it to the appropriate boot sole length before installation. A sophisticated climbing aid system (0°, 5°, 10°, 15°) is positioned as close as possible to the Alpine Touring heel unit to provide better stability when walking and make climbing easier, whatever the conditions. A height of only 38 mm improves stability and allows for a confident stance. In short, this touring ski binding offers natural ski flex, consistent release values, as well as the level of safety and high performance expected from a TYROLIA top binding. For boot soles ranging from 260 to 350 mm.

Technologies used

Alpine ski geometry varies depending on the skier's skill level and style. Beginners prefer short skis with moderate camber and slight rocker, while advanced skiers opt for longer skis with pronounced camber for stability at high speeds. For off-piste skiing, wide skis with rocker improve flotation. Each geometry is designed to optimize performance in specific conditions.

The radius of a ski determines the curvature of its edges and influences the type of turns it allows. A small radius offers tighter and more precise turns, ideal for slalom and technical slopes. On the other hand, a large radius favors wide and fluid turns, better suited to speed and large curves.

The length of skis affects their maneuverability and stability. Shorter skis are easier to maneuver, making them suitable for beginners or skiers looking for quick turns. On the other hand, longer skis offer better stability at high speeds and are preferred for off-piste or big turns.
