Refund Policy
For all returns, please contact us by email at ski@raccoonskis.com. You have 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later) to notify us and begin the process. If you decide to return the items by mail rather than in person, we do not cover these costs. The item must be new, resalable and in its original, undamaged packaging.
All returns are exchanges or store credits valid on product and labor only.
No refunds, credits or exchanges on skis, special orders and sale items, which will be considered final sales.
